Wonderful, authentic, fresh food. Service was great. Shrimp and grits were on point. Oysters….best we have ever had. Royal red shrimp…super fresh and cooked perfectly. Delta bread was phenomenal. This is a must visit when in the area.

Fried soft shell shrimp, shrimp po’boy, and the charbroiled oysters. Fantastic food with generous portions. Right by the dock - saw otters in the water. Best shrimp and oysters I’ve had.

I’ve traveled all over the country, ate a lot of good food but this place was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The oysters are out of this world, you will never eat a better one anywhere! Atmosphere was good too and the staff are super friendly! This place is a 12/10!

OMG! Great little spot. Had the PondeROEsa burger. Best burger south of NOLA. AWESOME.

We ate here our last night in town, and I’m really disappointed we waited till then! We ordered shrimp and fish and 6 charbroiled oysters. We ate all of our oysters before our food came out and ordered 6 more! These oysters were the best thing I’ve ever eaten in my life! I gave my hubby the rest of my shrimp (which were delicious) so I could finish the oysters! There was 2 guys behind the oyster bar where we set, who were amazing! I’m pretty sure 1 was the owner and he was jumping in helping out wherever he could which I found amazing! There was a young man playing the guitar in the corner and people just singing along to his songs! The food was AMAZING the service was SUPERB and the atmosphere was so FUN! I highly recommend this place over ever restaurant I’ve tried! Thank you Ponderosa
