Pollo Happy Loco

We had our first time at this place and ordered pan de yuca, a blackberry smoothie, and fried chicken. The pan de yuca was fresh, cheesy, and delicious. The smoothie was on point, but it was a bit thick (don’t mind the thickness, that wasn’t the problem), so the paper straw wasn’t working well. The fried chicken was different from the American style. The flavor was okay, and it tasted fresh, not like it had been cooked in oil. The service was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. However, there was room for improvement. The atmosphere was a bit puzzling—how did this place open without a public restroom? Overall, I would say this place is best for ordering to go and in advance. The food is fresh, so it takes between 15-20 minutes for it to be ready, and they do let you know.

Wow! Just wow! The portions are amazing. The food is amazing, very tasty at a great price. Why eat fast food when you have somewhere to eat fresh food at great price. Also it help that the person who helped me was very polite and kind. I love good people, combined with good food you can't beat that. I'll be a returning customer for sure!

This place has very delicious food. The beans and white rice and grilled pork! Better than noches de Colombia!! Very flavorful. And let’s talk about their mango smoothies! To die for! Fresh fruit with like condensed milk in it. I’m already addicted. And the owner he’s very nice and humble guy will highly recommend!

I am actually surprised with how good, crispy and non-oily this chicken is. The fried rice was warm, fresh, simple yet so tasty. As per the little cheese-yuca bread that I ordered, that was a little cloud of deliciousness. Everything was good.

First time trying this restaurant, and let me tell you the chicken was delicious! My son even said it’s better than KFC ☺️ We’ll definitely try it again.
