Montuno

I love the Moro rice with chicken asado. It’s well seasoned. I also tried the pernil is on point, moist and has a lot of good Cuban flavor. The yucas fritas are one of my favorite side dish. I highly recommend Montuno.

I didn’t get to buy any food, the food looked old. And the lady that’s on the register earlier today needs better manners. We asked about congri, because we are Cuban and she corrected us and saying arroz moro. Us Cubans we don’t call it that. We decided to go else where because we didn’t feel welcome.

Lechon Asado and ox tail stew were great!

I've been craving a good Cuban sandwich and finally stopped at Montunos. The Cuban sandwich was fresh and delicious! They add garlic butter to the sandwich, which enhanced the flavor. The pernil is well-seasoned, moist, and tender. I would definitely go back just for this sandwich. My husband had fried chicken from the buffet with yuca con mojo and tostones. My only minor suggestion would be to offer a mojo with the tostones, but aside from that, the food and service were excellent.

That Tamal with pork was something else! My friends got the chicken and the roasted pork with Rice and Beans. Highly suggested, and perfect value for money.
