Polar Bear of NY Soda & Juice

I first started doing business with polar bear 13 years ago with the old owner. I’ll start by saying there’s no such thing as a perfect business, we all have flaws but there has definitely been a decline in service at polar bear especially the last couple of months. We don’t get calls or reminders as often, the orders we place don’t get delivered, service calls aren’t coming in a timely fashion, or they do bad work we call and there’s a guy who picks up and sounds like he doesn’t know what he is doing. We get transferred to a woman who isn’t much help neither. I say we because I have multiple places and I have friends who are restaurant owners who have polar bear and are having the same issues. The customer service and responsiveness of this company is outstanding. We ran out of beer gas late on a Friday night, so I called their emergency after-hours number on Saturday. Within just a few hours of picking up the phone, I had a box of diet cola and two 50 lb gmix tanks delivered to me. I would absolutely recommend this company for all your soda and gas needs.

Customer service is RUDE. Doesn't seem to care what the person needs to say unless it's a sale call.. Customer service rep needs to be trained correctly to take the calls or else they're going to lose business.

As a bar owner, customer service and ease of contact are so important to me. And this company is the absolute best - they are so kind and responsive and have helped us through so many different situations, I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend them for your soda and gas needs!!!!

Just want to say what a wonderful experience I've had with Polar Bear Soda Co. I have used them since 2010, when we were still Sutton Place. They seem to pull me out of a bind whenever I have a beer gas leak or I've cut myself too close on a flavor and need an emergency delivery. They have a fully staffed office where I can always get a human voice on the phone. They even oblige me by letting me text my orders, which is always more convenient for me. After hours and on the weekends if you call their office and no one is there, you can always get an emergency phone number, which I've had to use several times. I can get immediate help right there on the phone and they will walk me through the process of fixing some kind of stupid mistake I've made to help get me back up and running in five
