Souvlaki Street North Bellmore

Ate there this past weekend…it was quite busy so we knew we were gonna have to wait on our orders… but stayed, because we knew this place is always more than worth any wait. They are so efficient..we were eating in no time! We each raved about our meals-gyro, bowl, Greek salad with lamb- it was fresh, hot, flavorful and plentiful. Staff and owners are so gracious for their customers, they treat you like family-it’s a great environment. Cannot recommend it enough!! ¨̮

Came here last night with my baby. The food is the best Greek food I’ve ever tried. They sure know how to make a gyro here. It was so tasty. The platter for two is more than enough and you will have left-overs. The souvlaki is cooked perfectly and not dry at all! The lemon potatoes are so delicious. The people that work here are very friendly and welcoming as well. I highly recommend them!

I live in Huntington but found myself in Bellmore and decided to try Street Souvlaki and I am so glad I did. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell they truly care about quality and consistency. The service was exceptional,friendly, welcoming, and attentive. That kind of service makes you want to come back. Coming from Germany, tried Souvlaki first time and it was amazing! The food is authentic Greek cuisine. The owner is so kind! We enjoyed the time at Souvlaki. We’re definitely coming back!!

First time there and will be our last. Ordered a Greek salad with grilled chicken and a chicken cesar wrap with sweet potato fries. Two dips. When we got home after waiting over 30 minutes for the food- chicken on the side dressing on the side and bland one pita although should have been three. Not these portions everyone speaks of. Dressing was flavorless basically just oil. Not the cut triangles of pita. Not impressed. Not worth the time. Not going back.
