Vincenzo's & The Chef's Hat

Phenomenal pizza, my favorite was the chicken cesar pizza. Service was incredible, great owners and community here. We will be back!

1 Star Better than Vincenzo's of East Meadow; - Staff / Manager are not friendly and looked at me as if I was a loser. Very cramped inside - Seating is not comfortable; - Many of they tables are blocked up with "Inventory" - so you can't really sit anyplace; I get the picture they just want you to take out; - Lot of nonsense going on; - Young peope - working the location and inept. Tried the Regular & the Sicilian - Poor; D- Garlic Knots had no taste; - Parking is Bad. - Don't waste your time! - They have their locals who support the location; - They are clueless.

Ordered four slices and my picky 12 year old grandson seemingly inhaled two of them, so I suppose the food is good. My wife had a slice as well. Place is tiny, with only two tables available. With seven employees behind the counter I would have hoped one of them would have the time to clean them, but sadly I had to do it. Parking is tight, as the store is located in a small shopping center. The place is okay.

Excellent food! We are a bit picky and always ask for small changes (think thin crust or light sauce) and they always get it right! Can’t praise the quality and quantity enough. Best Italian food choice!

Disappointing experience with a pick-up order.  The pizza slices were tasty, much better than usual.  However, the grilled chicken sandwich was a big letdown. I ordered it with mozzarella cheese and mayonnaise, but it had neither. Zero cheese and zero mayo made it extremely dry and almost inedible. It was basically plain grilled chicken on bread. When I called to let the manager know, the response was indifferent, no empathy, and no apology.  I’ve had good food here before, but the complete lack of care when something is clearly wrong leaves a bad taste (even worse than the dry sandwich).  The indifference from management is what drops this from a minor mistake to a two-star experience, and I'm not enticed to return.
