We had a concern for cross contact for gluten. Marcel was able to grab for the back for us to make us more comfortable. Marcel is super friendly and trained very well in allergens. He made our experience wonderful. He was fast and in general an amazing person based off this first time experience here. Thanks Marcel.

Really disappointing experience at Pokeworks The service was slow, the staff wasn’t very welcoming, and the bowl didn’t taste fresh. Portions felt small for the price, and overall it just wasn’t worth it. I expected much better quality.

The service provided by Sam and Camila was absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, every interaction was smooth, efficient, and filled with genuine care. They went above and beyond to ensure every need was met with a smile and professionalism that made the entire experience feel personalized and exceptional. Their attention to detail and quick responses made everything effortless and enjoyable. Simply put, the service was flawless, setting a new gold standard that others can only aspire to reach! they deserve 10,000 dollar bonuses!!

I had the yuzu ponzu salmon. Had them torch it and it was so so yummy. The mango coconut refresher was also a perfect balance of mango and coconut. I didn't catch their names but the two young men who assisted our group were awesome! Super nice and answered our questions patiently. 10/10 would swing by again when in Burlington.

Terri and Phoenix took care of me and my friends; excellent service, great food recommendations, and of course the bowl was delicious. Highly recommend a spicy tune/ spicy salmon mix with avocado and whatever else you like. I’ll be back!
