Pokemoto

Found out about pokemoto a few weeks ago and now it’s my go to spot! The food is amazing and the service is great. We had ordered ahead for pickup this week for the first time and there was an issue with their system so they didn’t receive our order. The staff made sure they made our order ASAP and handled the situation perfectly. Great customer service and great food!

My bowl was very delicious...except for the fish, unfortunately. I ordered the Hawaiian which comes with tuna. The flavor of the fish was a bit off, I suspect it was probably improperly frozen or past its prime. A bit disappointing for close to $20 for a serving. I hope next time I return it will be fresher.

I’d like to note- I’ve been to other Pokemoto locations, my usual is in Franklin, MA but I’m in RI for school. Food here is mostly fine besides the fact that they were out of a lot of ingredients, including tea for the boba. Staff felt a bit like they didn’t know what they were doing and/or were mildly annoyed that I was there. I was the only one in the store. They nearly put chili garlic oil instead of miso sauce on my bowl, which is much spicier than I wanted. They were out of miso, but I should have been told that before they almost decided a replacement for me, I’m glad I caught it and stopped them and told them to switch to sesame ginger. I’m under the impression that the girl making my bowl must have been very new, but if she was having that much trouble with knowing which ingredient

Solid portions with lots of add-ins and a great selection of sauces. Owner was working that day and is really friendly.

We needed a place like this!! I got a poke bowl, boba tea, and musubi. Everything is DELICIOUS and good quality, too! The prices are also good for what you get! To top it off, the customer service is outstanding. The owner, Tim, was extremely friendly and welcoming! I will absolutely be returning😁
