Pokemoto Colchester

Always get the same thing, and its been declining in quality every since they opened. The rice is usually incredibly dry and stick together like its been sitting out in the open for longer than it should be, too little sauce is given even when you ask for extra, and the fish is always room temperature or lukewarm when served. Service is always kind, the place is always extremely clean. I just wish the food was good.

the food is pretty good, little expensive for poke but you get a decent amount of food. the main reason why i give this a 3 star is because the boba tea was very disappointing. the boba itself was hard, small and not chewy at all. as well as the tea being watered down.

Honestly average. Like it's decent but nothing special? There's not that many toppings. The tuna is good. Highly suggest making your own bowl instead of the premade ones. I think this place loses stars because of price. It's quite high for what you're getting tbh.

The service is hospitable and friendly. Food was ready in minutes and it was fresh. Great stop on a road trip to get fresh and healthy food.

This place is excellent, I get the same thing each time I go and it's just as good every time. I wasn't compelled to write this review until I went to a different Pokemoto location and was actually so disgusted with my order. Thank you Pokemoto, You're the backbone of the Colchester plaza.
