Valerie was very warm and friendly. She took the time to explain the menu to me and suggest crack rice box so that I can have all the flavors. ( I got 2 boxes. Wonderful first experience. My food was wonderful!!! I enjoyed it so much💖

Absolutely delicious food. We’ve been here two days in a row and would happily come every single day. The service is outstanding, and the people are incredibly friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting New York— you definitely won’t be disappointed. Instead, you’ll be warmly welcomed!🥰

Hit this during peak hour and the line moves like clockwork. Super efficient without feeling rushed Staff crank out fresh builds with zero fuss. The poke was legit actually tasty! Bowls are fire.. fresh fish (can’t go wrong with tuna and salmon), crisp veggies, and all the sauce/crunch Generous portions.. .healthy vibes. Wanted to try the crispy rice but was in a rush.. will have to go back!

The crack rice is absolutely amazing!! The staff (Alex & Jose) are so helpful and fun! Great lunch spot for a delicious work break :)

worst experience ever. Bought the Poke Bowl Dec 5th 1:09 pm. They completely SOAKED the rice in soy sauce , it’s just not edible . Train the staff better so they have a sense of how much sauce to put in. Wasted $18. Ridiculous
