Po Lee Chinese Kitchen

Yeah I don’t know if the other reviews here are bots or people who haven’t had good takeout chinese (aka hood chinese). I got pepper steak and veggie fried rice. Charged me extra for fried rice and gave me about 4 spoons of rice (I could count in how many bites I finished it). The pepper steak was 4-5 pieces of beef, overloaded with undercooked onions and green pepper. Completely over charged me $14 for basically a few nibbles. Also got fried shrimp. I think it’s been sitting in the fridge for a day or two and they reheated it. Terrible, stale, the crust is not crispy. And surprise: This is the first chinese spot that proudly doesn’t carry tar tar sauce for their shrimp. Also charged me $12-14 dollars for this. Now the taste of the food: the pepper steak was not properly cooked thoroughly

Mainly take out, and great if you like the "old school" chinese that we grew up on around here, which is getting harder to find. Clean environment, friendly owners/staff, prompt/accurate service. I order from the website and pick up so cannot comment on delivery. Fabulous items we love there are the shrimp & lobster sauce, egg foo young, garlic chicken, egg rolls, pork lomein, but so many more choices. Excellent quality, portions & pricing.

Best Chinese takeout in the Commack/East Northport area by far.We pass a good 1/2 dozen Chinese takeouts on the way to Po Lee.We’ve tried them all and Po Lee takes the cake.

The food here was absolutely phenomenal. The food tasted fresh and was so flavorful without feeling bloated afterward. This is absolutely my new go-to for Chinese take-out.

I happen to love the way their boneless ribs are......their sauce they use gives it a different flavor and other places tend to be dried out and hard where theirs aren't. Plus they are always fast delivering
