I had the Philly Omelette and grits. The service was outstanding. The waitress was such a nice lady, full of cheer and kindness. I read some of the negative reviews and found nothing to which I could complain about. I will be back and would highly recommend this place

Food substantial in taste, quantity and quality. Have been here several times b4. Always a pleasure to be served by Amber. Efficient, personable and pleasant.

1-star review – Disappointing first (and last) visit This was my first time trying this place—I’ve noticed it’s often closed, so I was excited to catch it open early one day. Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown from start to finish. The employee at the counter (short purple hair, green shirt) seemed in a bad mood and wasn’t welcoming at all. I had to say “hello” a couple of times before she even looked up or acknowledged me, which set a negative tone right away. I ordered a Hot Italian and a Turkey Club. Both sandwiches were very soggy (bread fell apart quickly), and the meats tasted low-quality and subpar—not fresh or flavorful like you’d expect from these classics. Overall, the food quality didn’t match the price, and combined with the unfriendly service, it’s not worth returning

Quaint clean little place. First time here for breakfast and not my last. We had omelets, potatoes and rye toast. Good service, great food. The omelet was packed full. They certainly didn’t skimp on ingredients. Warn you the coffee ☕️ leaves a lot to be desired. Aside from that everything else was fantastic. Looking forward to stopping in for lunch 🥪.

Loved this restaurant! The potato soup is absolutely amazing—creamy, flavorful, and incredibly comforting. Easily the highlight of the meal. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food overall. I’ll definitely be back for that soup!
