PLNT Burger

The quality and taste used to be good, worth it. Now, super salty, mushy, and unappealing for $11. Also, they have added a screen to take your order which also asks for tips.

I’ve tried many plant-based burgers, and this was by far the worst. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The burger looked sloppy, had no seasoning, and completely fell apart after one bite—just overall terrible. On top of that, the customer service was mediocre. The staff seemed unhappy to be there, and the whole experience felt unwelcoming. The team could definitely use some Chick-fil-A–style customer service training.

This is a carryout location. They make quick beyond burgers and vegan chicken, fries and oat milk shakes. They have gluten free vegan burger buns available, so burgers can be gluten free. The fries are not made in a dedicated fryer, so although the potatoes are gluten free, the fries are not. The oat milk shakes are great.

My friend hasn't tried vegan food before and was open to trying it with me today so we chose this restaurant. We ordered two spicy chick'n sandwiches about $25. The service was quick. Staff was friendly. I loved the sandwich at first bite but it really was my friend's reaction that made the experience memorable. "How isn't this chicken but its so good!?!" I think my friend finished the sandwich in 10 minutes. Definitely would be repeat customers. Negatives: parked in the public garage and for the walk to the restaurant and back about 15 minutes we paid $15 because it was the weekend. Was not expecting as the signage was not clear.

Absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was stunning. A must-try for anyone who loves vegan food. 10/10 – highly recommend!
