Playa Bowls

Today I had the worst experience at playa bowl. The two staff members on duty were very unprofessional. I ordered an 8th Ave and requested apples to be added knowing there is an additional fee. The server told me "the computer doesn't allow that." I ordered the same item multiple times from this location but I didn't argue just order a traditional 8th Ave. The server had an attitude prior to my order but now her frustration was now obvious. Another person who I thought was a customer because she was on a call in the seating area gets up and says to the other server " are you good?" When my bowl comes out there is not enough Acai to cover the bottom of the bowl more granola than anything else and very little fruit. I requested a refund and the person who I thought was a customer slammed the

I’m addicted to the nutella bowl, its a must have and I get it very frequently in large quantities. Food quality is good, relatively healthy depending on what you get. Food quantity compared to cost is insufficient. Prices are fairly high. Employees & manager are absolutely awesome people, very friendly.

I’ve come here twice and both times it’s been such a disappointment. This was the worst playa bowls I have ever had in my whole life and I’ve been to more than 10 different locations. My açaí bowl was STILL ICY AND INEDIBLE! And the bowl was half full are you joking????!!! I paid $30 to get shitty açaí bowls for me and my sister.

30 minutes for a bowl and got orders wrong and even their job it literally said “Looking for an job?” No music at all. Terrible place to go to. But food still good.
