Carla's Pizzeria

We tried Carla’s for the first time tonight since we were in the area and wanted to try something new. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We ordered an Italiano cutlet sandwich, a Mirell’s veggie sandwich, one plain slice and garlic knots. The sandwiches are huge, enough for two meals easy. A bonus for having seeded rolls since not a lot of places have them. Garlic knots were good - some places they’re dry inside but these were perfect with the right amount of garlic flavor. The pizza was also great - the sauce had fresh whole basil leaves and the crust was nice and crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Overall this place far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return!

We absolutely loved our visit to Carla’s Pizzeria. We tried Vince’s Chicken Cutlet Sandwich, the Chicken Milanese salad, and a slice of broccoli and ricotta pizza… everything was amazing. The flavors were fresh and perfectly balanced, and you can tell everything is made with care. The owners even came over to chat with us and were so kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back soon!

We got the Carla, hot honey, and Caprese chicken cutlet sandwiches. The sandwiches were fantastic, by far the best cutlet sandwiches I’ve ever had. The staff were great; super friendly and even offered for us to try some potential new menu items (seen below) that would definitely become some of their best sellers. Overall, we had a great experience and will certainly be coming back!

Hidden gem, live about 20 minutes away and was with the drive. Saw there mouth watering chicken cutlets sandwiches on social media. Just as good as they looked online. Will 100% be back to try everything else they have to offer.

Working in wayne for a couple weeks, stopped in because of a social media post. Staff was friendly and attentive, classic neighborhood pizza shop attitude like you've been going there for years. Ordered a hot honey chicken cutlet on my lunch break and it was ready within 10 minutes. Crispy cutlet, crunchy cupped pepperoni and the whipped ricotta were all the perfect texture, and was filled enough to make you full without making you sick. Highly reccomend if youre anywhere in the area
