John's Village Market

My wife and I are back in Pennsylvania for a family wedding and staying at Village of Villanova. We live in Tennessee now and miss our Pennsylvania food staples! We decided to get Hoagies and this was close by so we decided to try it out!! It was perfect! A little place in the neighborhood and we were greeted very friendly and treated like we were regulars! Great selection of goodies and we loaded up!!! The Italians were absolutely delicious!! Great meats and cheese the provolone was so good on the sandwich! We sure do miss this! Highly recommend!!

it was my First time in Johns - the service was great - friendly attmosphere. The sandwich was great they do NOT skimp on the meat. Will def be back and placed the menu in the office kitchen.

I've been a customer for ~15 years and stop by everytime I get a chance. John's is the quintessential family owned mom & pop shop. Deli is exclellent. Homemade food is excellent. Atmosphere and service are excellent. Prices are very fair. Lot's of unusual and tasty ancillary food items and snacks to grab while you wait. Really miss their roast pork, which I'd rank as the best in the region over all other popular steak/pork places, but their italian hoagies and hot beef & gravy are just as legendary. A+. Highly recommend.

The Villanova FB club features John’s hoagies at their tailgates. They are the best we have ever gotten in the entire region!

Been going to John's for a dozen years, and it is consistently excellent. Just ate their hot roast beef a few days ago, and the quality as usual was top notch. Best hoagie and sandwich shop within many miles of the Wayne train station for sure.
