Pizzeria Di Maria

Last night I went to a place that has been on my list for quite a while. I went to Pizzeria Di Maria in Carol Stream. It's a takeout and delivery place. They have a small ledge in the lobby and I ate there because the pizza wouldn't have been good after traveling all the way home. This place uses a CUTLER rotating deck oven that has 7 decks. While my pizza was cooking I chatted with the owner Dean. He is a very nice guy and tries really hard to give his customers the best product. He uses GRANDE cheese and makes his own sausage in house. I went with the 14" sausage pizza. Very crispy and firm crust with a light dusting of cornmeal and cooked perfectly in that CUTLER oven. The sauce had some oregano and a very fresh tomato taste. Pizza is great and the catered food is amazing. So many compliments! Do not hesitate to order! Everything was awesome, especially the service!

We have ordered for the last few years here. Family parties, birthdays, and just for the pizza. We have never had an issue with the food. Always great. But the young lady working today wasn't exactly the friendliest. She just handed us our food and said here you go. No thank you, nothing. Customer service goes a long way now days especially when you are spending a pretty penny. Thank you or have a nice day instead of a dead stare would be nice

10/10 first time coming here to get pep slices for the bears game & mannnnn it’s gooood! Perfect amount of crispness & it’s delicious! I definitely will be back in the future

Happened to be near Pizzeria Di Maria this evening & the wonderful aroma made my daughter & myself get a slice of pepperoni pizza for $4. It was a huge slice with a generous amount of pepperoni slices covering the entire slice. I wasn't going to have dinner until I saw & smelled the pizza. My daughter & I split the slice & it is as delicious as it looked. The man at the register who may have been the owner was friendly & came back with a hot & fresh slice of pizza within 5 minutes of ordering. Will have to come back again!
