Pizza Pizza

I ordered a pizza with butter chicken sauce as the base, but it didn’t taste good. When I complained, they offered a replacement. However, five minutes later, they called me back to ask why I made the complaint and even asked about the color of the sauce. I want to clarify that I paid for the pizza and wasn’t asking for a refund—I just wanted a replacement. Usually, I enjoy your pizzas, but this one didn’t taste the same. This is the only reason of my complain

My pizza experience was very disappointing. I paid extra for certain toppings, but the pizza was terrible: it had too much sauce (not the regular amount I requested), no spinach even though I paid for it, and it was overcooked. Overall, this ruined my experience.

Food was fine. Ordered delivery and selected contactless payment. The driver arrives at house and rings the doorbell once, hearing 2 dogs begin barking up a storm, and then proceeds to ring it a second time! Good thinking! I didn’t realize I needed to add, “please don’t ring the doorbell twice, preferably at all, on a contactless delivery order”. Great, all this disappointment ruined my appetite. Cheers,

Took over an hour to get pizza. The app says that the pizza was delivered 20 mins ago. I called the store and they had no idea what was going on. When I tried to say it’s been over an hour to get a discount they said that isn’t a thing and that the “ best “ they can do is 15%. Which doesn’t cover the cost of delivery and the delivery person couldn’t even apply it so to get my food I had to pay the full price anyways. Terrible service.

Ordered some pizza around 7pm and received it 7:44 it was advertised 40 minutes or free so we brought it up. We spent 15 minutes with corporate and this location just to honour their promise.
