Pizza Hut

I went here for lunch with a coworker. When we walked in no one greeted us. We wondered if maybe they weren't open. Had to walk up to the registers to find a worker at all. In hindsight we probably should have just left. But behind the register was a somewhat nice lady who took our orders. We paid, sat down and she brought us our drinks. We had both ordered starry. There was no syrup in those drinks what so ever. We replaced them with iced tea. Then a smell kind of hit us. Sewer smell. Like hey get your septic system checked. So we did our best to ignore it because we had ordered and paid already. Finally the food comes. My coworkers personal pan was OK she said but a little hard. Her wings were fine, but not very hot, just warm. My tasted good, but was cold in the center. Its like all the

Call the head to place the order for pickup when was asked to hold on and I held on in for 20 minutes until I arrived at the pizza hut and they couldn't care less. Their answer was we must have been busy however there was no one in the restaurant

I ordered the melt, side and drink meal. Went to the window to pick up. I checked my food before leaving. Once I seen this melt had basically no cheese, it was hard and I no sauce. When I showed the lady at the window how it looked, I was told they have a cup to measure the cheese and I would have to pay $1.17 for a sauce that it should have came with. I asked to speak to the manager she told me she was the manager. (It wasn't Diane). The lady called the cook to the window, when I'm explaining it to her she just stood there with a blank look on her face. When I asked to have another made with cheese on it all I received was eyes being rolled at me. Needless to say the food went in the trash, now I'm out of my money and left with no food on my lunch break. This isn't the first time orders

You have to order your food at the counter. There's no real plate or utensils. Someone might bring your food to your table if someone is free. If not, you go get it. They charge for a container, 2 tablespoons, of sauce. And then they want a tip.

In my opinion and I am a fan of Pizza Hut. I am visiting my in laws live here in Williamston NC. I felt the deal was great, but my personal pan was dry and my boneless was fried too hard I couldn't enjoy it at all.
