Big Mill Bed & Breakfast Extended Stay Hotel

When traveling to research my ancestry in the Inner Banks of North Carolina, my favorite place to stay is Big Mill B&B in Williamston. It's hosted by Chloe, the owner and lifetime resident, very knowledgeable about the area's history and is charming and hospitable. The beautiful property is full of rich history, comfortable, and perfect for remote work and privacy. There is strong wifi available, plenty of parking, and local restaurants nearby. Big Mill is great for extended stays and long-term work assignments in the area. Very highly recommended!

"Simple life and peaceful mind are very close friends." My husband and I experienced a peaceful minded simple life at Big Mill B&B the first weekend in August celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. What an unforgettable weekend! It was what we were longing for and so much more.||We stayed in the very clean, quaint, charming, well stocked, comfortable and very relaxing Packhouse Suite. Chloe Tuttle, the innkeeper is incredible! We enjoyed walking down memory lane with Chloe as she gave us some history about the farm and showed us some pictures of some of the renovations that had taken place at the farm to make it what it is today. Such a wonderful and amazing place to be. Between the wonderful host and the absolutely beautiful sights to see. It’s truly a slice of heaven on earth. As a traveling nurse, finding places with the ability to work with my ever changing schedule and dates can be tough sometimes but this place has been more than flexible and accommodating. Been staying here for roughly 9 months and would stay forever I could. Great place and area for peace and relaxation with tremendous views. Long term available and also highly recommended. Cleaning services included which even sweetens the deal. If you have a chance to stay at this wonderful place. Stay long but not forever (I will return!)

I love Big Mill Inn, what a wonderful, serene place that has provided me and those I’ve brought along over the years with great memories. I think I found this gem in 2014 and have enjoyed each of my stays. Chloe goes above and beyond to welcome and create a space that you want to keep coming back to. I would walk the property often. Chloe is an excellent host! The place feels like staying at a resort—peaceful, private, and very well maintained. I really appreciated the weekly cleaning and the private entrance. A wonderful stay, highly recommended!
