Pizza Hut

We had a very disappointing experience at this location. Our pizza was made incorrectly, with mushrooms added to the half that should have only had green peppers. After calling, the pizza was remade, but when I returned to pick it up, I was confronted by two staff members. One, Isaiah, who questioned my honesty and made me feel accused. I was even told this “happens all the time” and asked to send a photo as proof. I went back home, retrieved the incorrect pizza, and brought it back to Isaiah, to show the mistake—an interaction that felt extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. We’ve ordered from this location for years and never had an issue until now, but after this experience, we will not be returning. Honestly, this Pizza Hut has been a bright spot for us. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the orders are accurate, and the food is consistently fresh and hot. Even when things are busy, they go out of their way to make sure customers are taken care of. It really makes a difference when a place treats you with kindness and professionalism. We truly appreciate this location and the people who work here! Isiah is the best!

Seppe was helpful, when we walked in the door, he was very friendly and greeted us with a smile as we walked in the door. Seppe asked about our night and took my order promptly and accurately. He also informed us how long our order would take, which helps keep us informed. Our breadsticks and pizza cookie was hot and very good.

I usually get this for my family almost every week, especially when work gets busy and I’m too tired to cook. The service here is wonderful and the food is always great. My kids love this place. If you want something quick and delicious Pizza Hut is the way to go!
