Miss Monica Sourdough

Oh my goodness…if you’re GF get her bread and cookies! This is the best GF bread I have ever had. And the sourdough flavor is spot on as well as the texture. Thank You Miss Monica!

Because I am gluten-free, I was looking for a place bakery privately owned that baked fresh daily. We happen to come across Miss Monica‘s bakery. We couldn’t be happier. The chocolate chip cookies are soft and wonderful. The sourdough bread when we pick it up is warm and fresh. We highly recommend Miss Monica’s bakery and definitely will be purchasing again. She also did a drawing that if your name was picked, you win a loaf of sourdough bread my husband won. Thank you Miss Monica

Honestly, I’m a huge sourdough consumer. It’s my absolute favorite. But i can’t seem to figure out how to make it. Thus I’ve committed to finding the best bread i can get locally. THIS IS THAT BREAD. OMG it was so good that my family of 6 ate a whole loaf in 1 day. I will tell everyone about this bread whenever i can! Can’t wait to try the cinnamon rolls!!!

I'm speechless, but let me first express how Monica is one of the kindest, sweetest and most gentle human beings I've ever met. These traits are infused into the goods she bakes. Her communication is top tier. As far as what we've tried so far, the brown butter chocolate chip cookies are divine. We also picked up two plain sourdough loaves. We've had plenty of homemade sourdough breads but I must say, these are in a league of their own. We know exactly where to go now to get our fresh sourdough bread and other goodies. We cannot wait to try other offerings.

All, I am from San Fransisco and this bread is the REAL DEAL!! may be better !! Miss Monica is pleasant and she cares about getting her product to you on time and fresh !!! Searched for a long time in AZ for an exceptional local bread. This is it !
