Pizza Hut

I have went to this Location many times over the past 2 years with mixed results. Most of these results being bad. Tonight we ordered 2 Medium Pizzas, Bacon Cheesebread and a personal pan. We arrived to pick-up our order on time and had to wait an extra 30 minutes to receive our order. Take said order home which is only 5 minutes away from our house and our Pizzas were stone cold and very poorly made. There was also an employees hair on my cheese bread. If I were the Owner or Manager of this location I would make sure I was putting out the best product possible. Based on my previous experiences and this one tonight. I will never order from this location again. This is how businesses shut down. Not caring about the product you are selling. It was honestly the absolute worst Pizza Hut exper

Every time I come to this location it's always a problem. I ordered a big dinner box and all my pizzas were undercooked. The crust wasn't brown and the center was doughy. The boneless wings were hard and barely had any sauce on them. The cheese sticks weren't cut and barely had any seasoning. I will not order from here again, I rather drive the extra distance and go to Red Springs.

Take out only. No restrooms for customers. Definitely not ADA accessible. Some nice employees but most are rude and lack basic common courtesy.

Love Pizza Hut. But please do better when it comes to customer satisfaction or needs. Went there to pick up an order for door dash. The wing box was slightly open and the whole thing spilled on me and before I could even say anything. The manager literally says “have a good day” and closes the window! I walked in the store (sauce all over me, running down my leg, on my neck, HOT SCORCHING SAUCE MIGHT I ADD. I asked POLITELY for wings to be remade, never was rude until he said “what do you want me to do, remake them? It’s 10 minutes.” NO APOLOGY FOR THE SCORCHING HOT SAUCE ALL OVER ME. Not one. Then you ask do I want them remade? Obviously if they fell out and I picked them up with my bare hands? Please do better. I’ve never wrote a review for anyone. So you can imagine this has me livid.

Great pizza and service to match. The experience I had today showed my grandkids why Pizza Hut is the best!!!
