Pizza Hut

Haven't used Pizza Hut in 2 years because of much better pizza place had come to town but we're closed and I needed pizza. I ordered using the app for our group two large pizzas. I showed up at the appropriate time only to be checked out and charged on my card and for the associate to turn around and say your pieces aren't here as she walked around the kitchen asking everybody where the pizzas were when finally somebody said we gave them to somebody else tell them that will make them some more. Then I had to wait while they finish to order it was ahead of me and then I had to wait while they cooked and boxed mine even though I use the app. It looks good smell good and was hot, but the crust was soggy and limp.

I gave 2 stars,only because my pizza was ready on time. It was very dry,like almost No sauce. Ordered extra mushrooms and extra olives, seemed like regular dispersement of both. This is the second visit to this location, first time the pizza was undercooked. I don't normally like to complain, but I feel this locations' pizza is underwhelming, but the Wings were good.

Employees have saintly patience, putting up with the people they do. I would order from here more often if not for every visit i find myself stuck behind some combative customer. I just want my pizza, not to be insulted simply for walking in.

I placed a mobile order while traveling, pizza was estimated to be ready in 15 mins. When I got there 17 mins later, the order had not even been started 😐

Manager Jason was absolutely helpful and made our experience fun and enjoyable he's super nice food was amazing and environment was outstanding
