Finally had the bone-in chicken wings from Pizza Hut. I used a coupon so they were more fairly priced. They were excellent. Quite meaty and very saucy. Over priced but otherwise a very good wing experience. 10/10
Get coupons sent to my house that is for 2 large toppings for 19.99. Called to order and a person who barely speaks English picks up, told them what we wanted for our pizza and explained we had a coupon and the guy said sorry, that’s a mistake and it’ll be 24.99 instead. Please stop sending these BS coupons out if we can’t use them. False advertising!
I had this pizza delivered. Wing box is crushed. I had to drive it back to the store. They did offer to remake my order but wanted to inconvenience me even further by making me wait instead of redelivering it like I asked the first time. She said she will just refund me instead. So I'm out the order, wasted gas and my time for a refund and no food. Great job pizza hut you guys are awesome.
This pizza hut is clean! Clean and friendly atmosphere, staff appeared well dressed and groomed and we're all friendly and professional. I spoke with Eric Amuzu and wanted to make sure he and his crew get this well-deserved shout out! Thanks!
Sat at the carry out window for 20 minutes only for them to tell me they LOST MY ORDER! “It’ll be Another 7 minute wait.” Ridiculous!
