Pizza Hut

I know some will say, whatever bro it’s Pizza Hut…My experience is one that is over the top with this location because We are in a time where everything has gone up and it’s expensive to feed a family. I still want to feel like a valued customer and they are high on satisfaction. My experience is 10/10

Placed a order by calling and of course its a call center and not the store. Its Halloween and we get our pizza as we are walking out to go Trick-or-Treating. Not looking at my order. Well I came back and notice im missing a item. I tried calling and its a call center again. And im told I'll be transferred to a manager.. we'll im on hold for 20 mins. So I call back and its the same thing, on hold for another 40 minutes and the call ends. Call and press #3 for a complaintand im disconnected 4 different time's. Why can't I call the actual store and get someone that can help me. And im still on hold as I write this review. Pizza tastes good but customers service is horrible. Make this right - Pizza Hut (Manvel)!!!

Customer service at the store is top game. It’s like the five star restaurants of Pizza Hut. This should definitely be a model store although it is lacking upgrades. But I’m not coming to the store for the store’s appearance just my pizza.

i ordered online and it was the wrong pizza -- but they made me a new pizza, one that i ordered! top customer service! y'all rocks!!!

I went here and the workers were very friendly, I ordered some wings and cheese sticks and they were very good 100%would recommend
