Pizza Hut

Not one to do this! Crystal made it right! But our dinner was awful! Got told it was an hour wait I was OK with that! Left the house 15 minutes before it was due sat in line for 30 minutes! Got my pizza !!! Was cold harder than a brick. Everything was like it sat out for a week.!! Crystal made it Wright gave us a credit! But never will lie again or on a Friday night there

Ordered pan pizza. Which usually means the cust will be crunchy. However, this whole pizza looks as it would taste good . If the dough wasnt raw tasting. Such a bummer. Looking forward to eating good pizza during our travels only to realize it will be thrown away. We have had good luck in the past.

I’m Giblet. I usually roll solo… but tonight? I was a passenger. Destination: Pizza Hut. Now first of all, being wheeled around by other people is a trust exercise I did NOT sign up for. One minute you’re chilling, next minute someone’s like, “I got you,” and suddenly you’re going 15 mph toward a table you’re not emotionally ready for. “Slow down.” “Relax, I got it.” Those are famous last words. We pull up to Pizza Hut like a pit crew situation. I didn’t even stop moving before someone was already like, “What are we getting?” I’m still trying to figure out if I survived the parking lot. Then the food comes out. Big pizza. Glorious. Smells like victory. But here’s the problem: every time I reach for a slice, somebody decides it’s the perfect moment to reposition me. WHY ARE WE MOVING

After having lived in Asia, I don't expect the same level of service found in Japan here in the States. But I do appreciate good service when I see it. Brandi, i think her name is from my receipt , greets me with my name, and asks me how I am when I pick up my order during lunch. It's a small touch but always appreciated. Thank you for the exceptional service thus far.

Pretty terrible experience. The waitress was nice and was responsive, but the pizza was WAY overcooked and bread sticks were dry and not very good. Bathrooms were dirty, garbage can overflowing, both Parmesan shakers were greasy and covered with food from previous customers, table was sticky. I wouldn't go back.
