Pizza Hut

Twice I have ordered big new Yorker had it delivered. Absolutely no Mariana sauce on it.speak to someone there claiming they made the pizza and wants to argue about it lol.not looking for a free pizza.just want the one I ordered to be correct..just irritating!!

After repeated times of ordering pizza from this location and giving them second chances it has only gotten worse. When you order thin and crispy you expect the pizza dough to be cooked fully. The pizza was horrible when we tried to pick it out of the box after we had it delivered. We took the pizzas back and asked for our money back and they told us they couldn’t do that!!!! We will not be ordering pizza from this location again and warn anyone else as well. Check your pizzas that you pay for to make sure the pizza is baked correctly! And we will call corporate until we receive our refund!

Been going here for many years, unfortunately service and product is declining. On my last visit, I ordered three pizzas and they told me they messed up one of them and needed to do a rebake. After waiting some time they told me they messed it up again and needed to do another rebake. At that point it was over an hour since the ordered and I had other commitments, so I asked for a refund on one pizza and I would take the other two. They said that refunds are not possible, only credits for future orders, and the future order had to be over the phone, not online. This was not acceptable to me. The manager then said the pizza would be ready in one minute, so I agreed to wait. When I got home, that pizza was still raw and not cooked. We ordered 3 pizzas and 2 orders of wings $64 and change. We get the pizzas delivered 2 were thin and crispy crusts, they were thin but the very doughy. This has happened several times but on a Wednesday at 5:30 pm? I took the pizzas and wings back to the store and showed them the pizzas and asked for a refund. The person on duty said they could remake them, I replied that I wanted a refund. She told me she could give me a credit. I said no, I won’t be dining here again. She called her boss, and I left without my pizza and without my money. They stole my money! What kind of customer service is this. Now I have to call corporate. I will never spend my money in this business again! Please check your pizzas!

place order 15 minutes then pizza is ready 45 minutes and sorry we have 1 oven then dont take the orders or say 15 minutes. customer service terrible.
