Chibog 2 Go

Personally, I spoke to the owner Maria and she definitely didn’t sound genuinely interested in making customers have a memorable experience. Sounded like a broken record with a big ego :( probably had a bad day. The food was above edible! Tho again, wasn’t to par with what I was hoping with authentic Filipino food, tho I suppose good enough for the Midwest :/ give it a try yourself, but as a restaurant worker myself, better hospitality would’ve gone a long way.

To start. Text or call Chibog to go. Your meal isn't sitting waiting to be boxed it's cooked when you order. Which is AWESOME! We didn't look into at first we had to wait 45min for our food to be prepared..which wasn't a problem. If you text, Joel(Chibog) is nice enough to text you a menu which is awesome! We picked up our food around 45-55min. Joel and his wife were great and service was top notch. I'm glad we drove a little out of the way to find this resturant We arrived as customers and left as family! If we're in the area you can bet we will be eating here! Try them out, they'll be no disappointments except wish you bought more food!!

Absolutely loved this place! The owners were very friendly and the food is fantastic! I got the Chibog platter with a little bit of everything, Soooo good! Chicken adobo was tender and full of flavor the spring rolls were great and pancit was on point! I live in Olathe and will be making the hour trip back here! I will say, call ahead if you're in a hurry. It's all made fresh per order.

This is one of Kansas City's hidden gems. Do not sleep on this. Look at the menu and call ahead, she does have some stuff that can be prepared in under 30 minutes. This is a take away only restaurant. Can't wait to go back

We had the Chibog platter with chicken adobo, lumpia, turon, skewered pork, pancit, and rice. All items were masarap! If you're not familiar with Pinoy food, friendly staff are eager to help you select something wonderful. Pro tip: It's not fast food. Everything is cooked when ordered so don't expect to pull up and get served right away. You'll need to call or text ahead of time. Our order took about 25 minutes, which is convenient because it's a 25-minute drive from our house.
