Domino's Pizza

Ordered a pickup at 5 to be ready at six after my kids karate. I wanted to pay ahead of time but my $100 bill was no good there. I was told to get change at the liquor store (I have three kids with me). I said okay fine I’ll be back later to pay. Come back to one guy working alone. Long story short they lost my order all together and after waiting an additional 30 minutes, we left with no pizza. One star is too good of a review

Management changed in December. Initially I had a bad experience in September 2024 with ordering my pizza, getting texts that it was on its way and no one arriving. That ended with me going to the store to get the Luke warm pizza. I did get a call in December 2024 for my honest bad review then and they made it right by giving me the order today for free. I did choose to go pick up the pizzas as carry out but they were well made and delicious. They did have 2 people in store and I saw two cars with dominos signs so it appears the issues have been resolved. I’m willing to continue to order.

Placed an order and asked them to use a clean knife because there's a meat allergy and they are obviously just unsanitary because they're words were we can try. And the manager hung up on me because i said you cant even clean a knife?! Hire better workers who have better work ethic and will at least clean a pizza cutter for crying out loud. Ridiculous.

Absolutely outstanding, kind, and hardworking employees! I’ve been ordering pizza from Dominos for the past several years and never had any issues

Haven’t visited dominos in decades. Second time in two months. Very Clean great, friendly and efficient staff. great food and prices. App is easy to order from and it even upsells. Will do again and again.
