Pizza Hut

My wife and I ate at the Pizza Hut in Forest Lake the evening of 7/1. All of the staff were very friendly and the food was amazing. The restaurant was very clean, in fact we thought that they had gone through a remodel. We have never had bad service or bad food at this location and would recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone.

$2.00 personal pizza on Tuesday. Kids eat free, up to 4 kids personal pizza's with a minimum purchase every day. August 7th prices back to 1979. $3. Medium $4. Large pizza, $1. Beer. Check out the prices on August 7th in the photos. The personal pizza was a pan style butter crisp on the outside and moist and chewy on the inside. The pizza was hot and delicious.

I don’t even know where to start. I ordered 2 pizza, breadsticks, cookies and wings. The pizza was not good, the beef didn’t even look like beef, the breadsticks and cookies tasted very stale, the wings were so pale I had to air fry it a bit so I could eat it. I definitely feel like I wasted my money and should have gone to domino’s instead. Very disappointing, Pizza Hut is not what it used to be.

I've taken to the reviews, and only when something extreme happens. I place a mobile order for pizza for a delivery at 5:30 PM, received a confirmation of my order and proceeded to drive home. I get a Ring notification at 4:30 PM that let me know Pizza Hut delivered my food an hour early and left all of the food on my front step. I called the location and explained what had happened and would like new food to be made and sent hopefully before 6:00 PM to feed 5 hungry kids. Even offered to exchange the cold food for the fresh food. I spoke to 3 different people on the phone all of which took my information and assured me that they would get this done for me and I thanked all of them. The store manager gets on the phone and tells me I need to pay them another $80 to make the food and have it

11/6/24 1:50pm. The buffet is 11-1 everyday, but Sat/Sun. There were still enough left so we were given a after time discount. Very good and hot enough as though it just came out. He said they are working on getting a salad bar. Sticky floor by pop machines and in men's room. Condiments not clean, commonly found everywhere we go. Cold by North windows.
