Rubio's on 61

Made it to Forest Lake again and wanted to go to Mr. Large. Then I saw the location is called Rubio’s. I read some reviews and figured I’d give it a shot. Delicious burrito and still very, very large. More meat on a burrito than any other I’ve ever had. I had the carne asada (steak) and it was delicious. I’ve eaten a lot of burritos. Trust me. Rubios was the best burrito I’ve ever eaten. It’s also the biggest burrito I’ve ever had. I was starving so I finished it, but I’d bet a lot of customers won’t. Lots of everything and it was all delicious. Keep up the great work Rubio’s! I’ll be back any time I’m in Forest Lake. Run, don’t walk, to Rubio’s.

My Rodeo Burger was Awesome! The waffle fries hot and seasoned sour cream was on point ! My spouse got the Philly and did not like the meat. She will be trying a burger when we return! Thank you to the cook and the waitstaff!

It was my first time here on it didn't disappoint. I was very impressed with the food everything was delicious. Check it out!

Delicious food and incredibly friendly staff. They also have a rewards program where you earn $$ off with every purchase you make. The burritos and tacos are served similarly to Chipotle, but they taste much better. The sweet potato waffle fries are to die for - especially if you get them with the Bacon Gazmo burger and let the burger juice drip all over them. I probably eat here 2x/month and have always been super pleased.

My only negative is that I took way too long to try this place!! It's fantastic!! My burger was perfect! I got the meximelt and it hit the spot! Will definitely be going back! Staff was super friendly and patient! Took me forever to pick something a I wanted one of everything! Everything looked fresh and store was super clean.
