Pizza Hut

I'm not from down here I brought a pizza super supreme an there was tough thick plastic in a slice I had eating, so I called back an talked to Kim the management team she asked me to bring it back an I told her I couldn't that day because I'm not from there so the next day I called back an asked her about it an she told me it's to late she wasn't refunding or remaking it keep in mind I have the item that was in it ,an also the other slices I didn't eat because it could very well be more, she was very rude, an I also purchased a bottle of grated cheese an she took so long them wanting to give my change back so I just told her to keep it an this the response I gets from her she rude, angry, wasn't pretty face wise an that attitude just made her even ugly.

don't get me wrong the person who prepared my food(guy in the back) did a great job everything tasted good but the manager up front and her aggressive attitude made the whole experience garbage.

I hate to leave negative reviews but this was my worst experience ever, hands down. I've never seen such a disorganized place. They had one person cooking the food and filling the hot box, but no communication with anyone else, so the lobby was filling up with people waiting for their orders...but no one was giving out the food! After 45 minutes of waiting, I finally went to the desk to cancel my order. The lady then disappeared into the back and you could hear her arguing with someone else. That person came to the front and asked what the problem was. When I told her that I wanted to cancel my order, she threw up her hands and said "I don't run the register!" and left! I have used this Pizza Hut for a long time, and they have always been friendly and helpful! However, my last two experiences were very different. On Friday’s during the summer, I order pizza for counselors that help at our summer camp. Usually around 4-6 pizzas depending on how many I have to feed. Always simple, pepperoni and cheese. Last week, I ordered on the app like I always do, and when I went in to pick up my pizzas the woman told me that for orders like this I need to call in and treat it like a future order. The problem with that is I don’t know when I’m able to go get the pizzas, it just depends on what time we finish up after camp. Have ordered several times on the app- food is always ready quickly and hot/fresh when I pick up. The one time part of my order was wrong, they fixed it quickly and offered free 2L drinks for the inconvenience. Staff is always friendly and talkative!
