I don’t like to make bad reviews. Food is amazing but service isn’t the best. Also the restaurant is filled to the brim with flies and uncleaned floors. Also do not use the bathroom 😭😭😭

The service was horrible the employees were more concerned with chatting with each other then waiting on customers. The store was gross and the bathrooms were worse. I do not recommend anyone stopping here for food. The employees aren't cleaning anything or getting your order right then when asked to please fix it they hit you with attitude like you were the one that messed up the order.

Food was terrible hamburger buns, hard meat, cold like they just got it out of the refrigerator never again I’m going back

Excellent food, excellent service. I love this place

This place is very poorly managed in Flora, M’s. It is at best a 50percent chance they are out of something. Oinion rings are out regularly, ice machine broke regularly, order incorrect frequently and they just throw your burger together to where you can hardly pick it up and also they never put condiments in your bag. They have even run out of Ketchup. The drive thru is dead slow and the speaker works half ass. I wish this place would shut down and Flora would get a Sonic or Popeyes!
