Pizza Hut

I made a call in order and was told it would be 30 minutes, I only received half of my order when it showed up. I called the store and let them know and I was told they would quickly send out the rest of my order, 1 hour later and still nothing. I called the store which led me to a call center and I was transferred 3 times and I still have not been able to speak to anyone or receive my order and I paid in cash so I have not received a refund either.

I ordered online through the app but it didn't work. I called in and placed my order over the phone, and I was assured it went through. Over an hour later, I call to find out where my food is, and the guy says he'll deliver it personally because there was a football game and they were over booked. No food, but I was charged for it. Zero stars deserved.

One of the last dine in Pizza Hut's. We always go here when we visit Evanston. I don't understand the bad reviews. I almost didn't come back in this time due to those reviews, but since we've always had great service we returned. As usual it didn't disappoint. The staff was friendly and attentive despite being busy. The pizza crust was buttery and crispy. They made my daughter who is bald feel very welcome. She gets stared at a lot and they helped her smile. They even suggested ways to order so we would get a better value. Thanks for making our trip to Evanston awesome 😎

Wow the pizza was so old and could not eat it. To make matters worse one of the employees was sitting in the drive throu window outside. I believe he was a team leader also the employees kept going out to the green car to smoke cigarettes

Consistently good food and service. Not very long of a wait for a hot and fresh pizza. The staff has always been very polite and accommodating. The salad bar itself has been broken for a while, but the salads you get are always very generously sized and very fresh. Great spot in small town Evanston.
