Pizza Hut

Good food. But the service was a little lacking. When I went in they couldn't find my order at first and then they never even showed me the pizza ahead of time.

All staff members are extremely friendly and happy to see me every time I order. Jackie is especially great, always cheerful and offering extra things like plates, napkins, etc. The food always top notch too! I love our Charles City, IA Pizza Hut!

I was given the wrong order. The employee was complaining about having to bend over to get food out of the warming units. Said it was too hard on her and she should have stayed at her old job it was too much bending here. She asked me the name on the order looked it up on the register, looked in the warming units, pulled the boxes out and said here is your order Gail. I drove 20 minutes to get the food and 20 minutes home. Image my surprise when I opened 3 boxes to realize this was not my order. On the last bix there was a recipe. Mope not my name or address. The food looked disgusting and was thrown away.

Pizzas over cooked alot of times. It's a gamble eating here.

Not out to get anyone in trouble! I had an issue and in some ways partly my fault. I ordered a large thin crust supreme online. During the online order, there was an area to check boxes that (I thought), was to add extras to pizza so I unchecked them. What I got was a large cheese pizza at $20+, due to unchecking items. My fault but be aware of checking/unchecking! What I dont like, is what I got was a large completely a cheese pizza at $20, and, a large cheese pizza is listed at 13.00
