Pizza Hut

Today I ordered a New York size pizza here. When I got it home, I was very surprised. It looked like it had just two pinches of cheese on the thin crust and it was completely burnt. Neither my son nor I ate it and we were very disappointed. I wonder how Pizza Hut is still in business. Why haven't they closed down?

Food was made quick no wait really for it to be delivered. The call lady I put order in with at call center was hard to understand her. Breadsticks weren’t even cut just one flat slab that was greasy.

Placed an order at 3:30 PM for 5:30 PM delivery today. It’s now 7:30 PM and the order still hasn’t been delivered. The tracking app has shown “order being prepared” for the last two hours, and no one is answering the phone.

Shut this establishment down. I ordered a pizza around the 6:00 hour, I didn’t receive my pizza until 9:05 to be exact. My order was hard and cold! I took the pizza back they made fresh for me and still the pizza was hard and had the wrong ingredients. On top of All that the gentleman was doing garbage’s tried to cut my pizza!!!!!! I will never order anything from them ever again! I want All my money back!!!!!

This location both prints recipes, and displays a tip option on the terminal screen after you’ve already paid online and come to pick it up. They do this to try and get a tip, even if you’ve already denied adding it when you originally paid. I know this because I have worked at another location and this is the technique the in store employees would use. Not cool. Also, the service is not great to begin with!
