Pitmaster's Pizzeria

Really disappointed with my visit the other day. Ordered a pepperoni and mushrooms pizza, a Hawaiian pizza, and smoked traditional wings. None of it was good. First off, the wings. They were so unbelievably dry. I asked for my sauce on the side so I could try them without it first. The wings were dry as cardboard. The BBQ sauce helped a little, but dry meat is dry meat. The flavor was fine. But nothing that would pique your attention. As someone who lived in Texas for three years, these are not "pitmaster" quality wings. Then there were the pizzas. Those were even more disappointing. For all the reviews saying they are generous with their toppings, I couldn't find it to be further from the truth. First impression was when I picked up the pizza box and it felt empty..should have known something..then opened up and it was the thinnest skimpiest most uneven cut pizza I ever had…and the. The tase was not good..sauce just tasted like a bad tomato sauce..at $25 a pizza will not go back again

Great pizza at a reasonable price. Easy to get to from the bike trail, they even have stairs coming up from the trail. It is not well marked when you come from the trail, and the inside is much nicer than the outside.

Update: they have a minimum delivery of $25. Never heard of such a thing. Kinda tough to compete with all of the pizza places that will deliver any dollar amount. Just tried out the Brisket Sandwhich. The meat is done the way it should be. The jalapeños seem to be fresh and crisp. There is the right amount of ingredients on the sandwich and the sauce works well with the brisket. Great sandwich and I'm ready to try something else In the future.

We got the Brisket sandwich’s and smoked wings. The food was delicious and very flavorful. Definitely recommend
