Pita Pit

I'm starting this by saying I love their food, but I am beyond sick of their service. Especially delivery. Today at 1 pm, I placed an order from the Pita Pit website for a delivery order. After waiting an hour, I called the store to see if it was out for delivery yet. I then get told that they were out of "like everything," so they closed for a while, and DoorDash orders should have been off. When I said that I ordered through their site, she then said oh well, you can request a refund on there and if not, call us back. I got on, and there was no way to request a refund or cancel the order. When I called back, she said, "Oh, we can't do anything here. Let me ask a coworker," As she was talking to the coworker, the order was cancelled. Now I get to wait to see if it refunds to my account.

I come here with my dad sometimes to get lunch! Every single time it’s been delicious! This place is a lot healthier than Subway for sure. They use pita instead of bread and it’s all wrapped up like a newborn baby! Love this place.

Carly, Mikalya, and sakeyna these three amazing women make this place incredible they’re are super mature, really great at customer service I appreciate them very much enjoy 😊

I wish I could put a zero. Nine dollars and 13 minutes of my time for a half cooked Gyro, no receipt, and a ridiculous amount of attitude. As an added bonus, a non-employee wearing pajamas was also cooking food at the grill. The third guy- maybe don’t let your coworkers be idiots? Never ever go here during the daytime. Just… wow.

great place great service. went in there and found out Ella doesn't work there anymore *sad face emoji*. nonetheless these people are wonderful!!!!
