It's as old school as it gets. There used to be a classic Italian Bakery in every town in Eastern Massachusetts Many have sold out and now arpatments or a Starbucks or similar. Not Piros. Classic Fresh Italian Breads. Hand made and decorated cakes for every occasion. Classic Italian Pastry 🍰🎂 Cannoli hand filled, Eclairs, cookies, etc. And to top it off beach style sicilan 🍕 Pizza, Cutlets, Eggplat 🍆, and Italian Specialty meals right next door in the same building Piros Pizza Plus.

A Disappointing Experience with Piro’s Bakery – Poor Service and No Accountability I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience with Piro’s Bakery was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. I placed a cake order for a holiday celebration and expected a smooth and professional transaction. What I received was the exact opposite. Upon arrival, I was told my order was lost. Then, suddenly, it was found—only for me to be handed the wrong cakes, one of which was clearly old. The writing was barely visible, the decorations were bleeding, and the overall presentation was completely unacceptable. When I voiced my concerns to the staff, I was told there was nothing they could do because it was Easter weekend. I asked to speak with a manager and was informed "no manager was on duty"—

Stopped in to buy a plate of Italian cookies because I’ve heard good things. Walked in the front door and was overwhelmed by the delicious smells and sites. Cakes, cookies, pies, cupcakes, fresh breads…it all looked amazing. Bought several items and all of them were good. Will totally be back. What kept it from being a full 5 stars was the price. The Italian cookies seemed a bit overpriced to me. But other than that everything was great. I don’t mind paying more for quality but I was sticker shocked for sure at the register.

We ordered a cake here for my son’s birthday since he wanted a dragon on the cake. They did an amazing job with the decoration, and the cake was delicious!! Very moist.
