I just had to come back and write another one because this place is AMAZING. The breakfast and coffee here are rich and tasty. Very exotic, unique ‘pour over’ that i just can't find anywhere else. The vibe is cozy and the owner and staff areSO friendly and patient! They took the time to explain the menu and made recommendations. 💗I'm going to try EVERYTHING on their menu, will be back again and again until I've tasted it all. Honestly, my first time stepping foot in Maya Gourmet, I just looked around in awe. So let me try to put it into words. I'm a simple man, but I love me a local coffee shop. Everything here is to the highest quality. It's like throwing paint on a wall... you're not going to miss with anything you order. Let's start with the owners. They are amazing human beings. The passion they have for their craft is bursting out of Maya Gourmet. They hit all of the checkmarks you could want from a coffee shop. The food is fresh, flavorful and homemade. The pastries are also homemade, unique and out of this world. The coffee is NEXT level. They source the highest quality beans and roast them in house. I'm a big Dirty Chai fan. They make the best one I've ever had in my life. I'm obsessed. No syrup chai.

I LOVE this place! I come almost every Tuesday with my grandmother. We all enjoy this place so much! The food is really good, awesome quality. I very much enjoy a white mocha latte and a spinach and feta. Owners are probably the kindest people I have ever met. So glad I discovered this coffee shop!

Great hidden gem, we got coffees, an almond croissant and a crouton and all of then were delicious. I got a latte and it was undoubtedly the best latte in town, and by the looks of it they are set up for all of your coffee needs, hot cold, pour over or espresso. They also have a small batch coffee roaster! The baked goods were also delicious, the almond croissant in particular had an amazing filling, and we loon forward to trying more.
