Nevins Memorial Library

This place is a good place to study, but the reason I give it a 4 star is because this place needs to be renovated..I understand this place has history but it can look a little better, I usually study in the balcony and you can hear the floor when people walk is annoying, you can hear every steps and every move ughh.. I wish they had those comfy rolling chairs on some stations cuz when I sit for a long time to study those hard wood chairs hurt later on, the other thing is sometimes when I come here, customers be on their phones and someone has their notifications on their phones, they need to be more strict in here like seriously especially keeping voices down, and sometimes I hear commotion in the lobby, the workers talking and laughing with customers or eachother other then that this pl

Beautiful structure and property. I love that they host events and clubs/groups for every age. My daughter and I went to "Crafty Kids". We had a great time, can't wait to go again next month. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

This is the greatest library I've ever been too. They have so many activities for children every month. The librarians truly care about reading and people. They tried assisting me in every way possible to get a library card. It worked. The librarians care about every human being that walls through the doors. They are truly non judgemental. All races, colors, creeds, and genders are welcome. Thankful that places like this are still thriving.

I love Nevin Memorial Library . Their children’s floor has many great books and such a great play area as well. After my toddler and I choose a few books to take out he loves to play there for such a long time. It keeps him so entertained that I literally have to carry him out of there each and every time because he enjoys being there. The staff were so helpful and answered all my questions my first time there.
