Pipeline & Hwy 820

I was very satisfied with my order and suggestions made. Iced coffee and pull a part cinnamon!!

Today I decided to give this starbucks another try. I'm happy I stopped by, on my way to run some errands. The crew was very engaged. There was someone there name Ebby or Ebbi, I dont remember if it was an I or a Y, but anywho, she seemed to be the leading person driving the boat. It was very clear that there was a change, an actual leader was present in the building lol! The Baristas looked happy. I ordered a Chai latte with strawberry cold foam, so yummy. The cashier got it wrong, but Ebbi corrected the drink because she remember me from a few days ago! The vibe in the store was nice, very personable. It's the little things that go a long way. Thank you so much, keep up the great work. I may have to start coming here more often. I feel warm and fuzzy, this atmosphere was delightful.

Despite this being a very busy location running a three person play in a store with old machines (Both food and espresso), and an iced drink being spilled in the lobby.. this team was fantastic. They were running food out to the customers and doing all the could to connect, showing ZERO signs of stress or inconvenience.
