Latte Factory

This is a small coffee bar located in the middle of the mall, just outside of Macy's. They offer a wide variety of drink options, both hot and iced, along with snacks and food. It's an excellent choice if you're walking through the mall and looking for a quick pick-me-up.

I had the iced Vanilla Macha, Strawberry Macha, and Vanilla Bean Chiller. The Machas in my opinion were perfect but the Vanilla Bean Chiller was very sweet but good nonetheless. The service was great and fast. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends and family. One thing I did want to ask was: Does the Vanilla Bean Chiller contain caffeine?

Great flavors, service and atmosphere. The coffees were flavorful. We all loved it. They even wrote a cute thank you for your visit message in our pastry bag. Suggestion to the store: I would recommend them to make sure the person that attends the front (cashier) since the are the ones that will get questions about the products to please know their products specially if a pastry has something that could trigger allergies to someone or instead of the cashier learning all that, just do i little pastry menu that says a little description of what it is and the main ingredients. That way people will know before they buy and you guys won't get sued for something that could have been avoided. For example we never heard of monkeybread so we asked what it was and the cashier said she never tried it

My friend and I both got coffees here today, they were both terrible. Tasted worse than something I could make at home. I got the cookie butter latte and it looked nothing like the picture. Both of our drinks were not sweet, just tasted like bad coffee. We will not be back

Very pleasantly surprised by the espresso. Had a straightforward, plain latte and it was delicious. Cups are cute too.
