A very delicious food that not only looks great and new but also truly tastes very different from what you would think yet brings back the same feeling as you expected! True meaning of a new food rooted in nostalgia! We really enjoyed the food, desert and talking to the chef! I really hope everyone gets to try this food! All this and there is Gluten free option!!! My suggestion would be to eat the food hot right when it is served...
