I’m honestly really disappointed with my recent experience at Chick-fil-A Victory & Fallbrook drive-thru. I ordered a spicy deluxe with no pickles and no tomatoes, and I was given a regular chicken sandwich with pickles. I left, came back around, explained the mistake, and they remade it but somehow it was still wrong. At that point, I didn’t even have the patience to go back again. I called and spoke to a manager about the situation. It took over three weeks to receive any type of follow-up or compensation. When I finally did, I received a handwritten letter with a “Be Our Guest” card for a breakfast sandwich. Breakfast wasn’t even part of my order, and I had spent more than the value of what they sent. On top of that, the letter itself looked very sloppy and rushed, which just added

i love this place!!! the workers are nice for the most part and i’ve seen them come together when difficult customers arrive. i love getting served by Samantha!!! 🩷🩷 She is so sweet and so jolly 🎄🎄🦌!! i look forward to talking to her when I dine in 🍴🍴🍽️ or go through drive thru 🚗🚗. I also enjoy the food because it is made by Maximus and Leonardo!! they are great cooks 🧑‍🍳🧑‍🍳and they work fast! pressure makes #DIAMONDS!! 💎💎 they work BETTER under pressure 💪💪💪 KEEP KILLING IT!!! 🔥🔥

Chick-fil-A on Fallbrook Ave in West Hills offers the familiar quality and friendly service the chain is known for, but this location can be inconsistent at times. The food is usually tasty and fresh, though occasional mix-ups with orders or missing items can be frustrating. The drive-thru line often moves slowly during peak hours, and parking can be tight. While the staff is polite and courteous, the dining area could use more frequent cleaning when it gets busy. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a quick meal, but a bit more attention to accuracy and efficiency would make the experience much smoother

I've never had a bad experience at a chic fil a. I came here through the drive-thru and had 3 issues with the same order! Whoever is running this one has major issues. Avoid this place.

We came here as tourists and the server was so kind and the manager even advised that we could buy the delicious sauces to take home (as we don’t have this chain in New Zealand) It was our first US experience out of the airport and it was so lovely. (Also, please bring Chick-a-fil to New Zealand)
