Pink Sumo Sushi & Sake

We had dinner last week here, the place is very cozy and intimate. I was really surprised about the quality of the food! We took some appetizers and few plates of sushi, and a bowl of ramen. The staff take care of us and our needs, they were very kind.

Stopped here while passing through town. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. When we came in it was super busy and table reservations were full for the night. They still got us a seat at the bar and relatively short wait time. Everything were ordered was delicious. The staff was attentive, helpful, and very professional. We were blown away by the excellent prices and amazing food. This place is wonderful.

We order here and also dine in. Bigger bang for your buck. Atmosphere is decent. I can see it could use a little upgrade (sushi Jin’s decor as a comparison) but we come here more often. Great menu options, drinks are as outstanding as the food.

Great spot. The crispy rice with spicy tuna is excellent, crispy, balanced, and really well done. Sushi is fresh, atmosphere is lively but comfortable, and service has been consistently good. Always enjoy coming back.

Pink Sumo in Westport is outstanding. The food is fresh, creative, and beautifully presented, with bold flavors that really stand out. From the sushi to the hot dishes, everything feels thoughtfully done and high quality. It’s no surprise this place delivers so consistently — Pink Sumo is owned by the same team behind Sweet Basil in Fairfield and Cantina Latina, and you can absolutely feel that experience and attention to detail here. The service is excellent, the atmosphere is stylish but comfortable, and the overall vibe makes it perfect for both a night out or a relaxed dinner. Westport is lucky to have this spot. Pink Sumo is easily one of the best dining experiences in the area, and I’ll definitely be back.
