Pine Lake Resort

Awesome vacation spot with the family. Amenities were great, cabins were clean and spacious. You have cell service but you get caught up in the beautiful views and peace that you almost don't want to even have your phone with you! Best part is having a kitchen to do your own cooking and comes stocked with all the pots, pans, a charcoal grill and all the dishes you would need. No need to go get food in town everyday which was very nice! Owner is on-site and seen regularly around, which is reassuring if you ever needed something. Fishing was amazing on the lake and could probably limit out on all fish if you stayed out all day. We had a few days of storms and the boats were bailed out every time so you did not have to when you wanted to go out fishing. Very remote and peaceful with minimal n

Family has been going here since the 70's. Perfect place to spend a week away from it all. Nice well kept resort on a good fishing lake (bass, northern, crappie). Can't wait for our next trip!

The cabins are beautiful, each has a small kitchen (fridge, stove, sink, dishwasher). You are just yards from the water. Each cabin also comes with a boat so you can fish whenever you want. ||||The owner Kathy is right on premises and will help with anything you need. There is a fish house for cleaning your catch, a swim raft, paddle boat and a sandy area for kids to play. You can set up a volleyball net or enjoy the woods that surround the property. The lake is perfect size with very few if any other boats on it most of the time.||||If you want to grab a book and relax, there are hundreds of books in the lodge to borrow.

Comfortable cabins within feet of lake. Quiet lake, sandy beach. Fish off the dock or out in one of the boats. Relax, swim, fish, walk, great place to vacation! Property is kept clean and free of trash, boats are bailed out for you if it rains, you can do as little or as much as you want while there!

Owners made no attempt in advance of our stay to notify us of the power outage. During this time we were forced to maintain their toilets by hauling buckets of water to and from the lake. They could of hired someone to do this for us. I'm in my sixties and hauling water and having back problems is not my idea of a vacation. The owner didn't even give us a discount for maintaining their plumbing. ||||I FELT LIKE A HIRED HAND THEN A GUEST!
