Pikes Peak Library District - Manitou Springs Library

This is one of the most fantastic libraries we have been to as parents of preschool/kindergartners. It is such a cute historic building, the brand new renovation means great bathrooms. Their preschool storytime is by far the best we have ever attended. Miss Celia is a fantastic children’s librarian and we’re so thoroughly enjoyed the songs and crafts and stories with her. Also love the seed library.

as a lover of words, books and education, I was so thrilled to use their bathroom. What was even better than the public facilities was the woodshop that was full of kids working on projects...😮 And even better than that was the fact that somewhere... somebody was baking. 😮😮 my trained nose knows banana bread the way a sommelier can tell you a grape varietal from a single wiff of a wine. Manitou Springs....I don't know what you're doing, but keep it up. we'll be back.

A lousy location because of parking but a charming building with old safes in the building.

Love this cute & cozy library! It is my favorite next to the Old Colorado City library! Love the old building! Just make sure if you need an important task done on the computer that is time sensitive arrive early, there are only 4 computers I believe and those could get reserved fast.

Quaint, eclectic feel. Public computers and lots of great book/magazine/CD/DVD categories. Friendly staff. If they don't have what your looking for, they can have it delivered from another branch.
