Very clean, nicely decorated. Small room, easy parking. But the walls are thin, and our sleep was interrupted early in the morning by loud pounding noises from children the floor above. Ear plugs are recommended.

Great place for the price within walking distance of downtown Manitou Springs. View isn't fantastic but still far better than looking out of nearly any lodging in MN! There was also construction going on, so not great timing with that. As for the room, it was very small, but what you should be expecting from a studio suite. We did feel they were awfully chincy on the coffee supplies. There were two go cups for the coffee but they had no lids and no insulation. We ended up going down the road to Red Dog Coffee (highly recommend) instead. Also only had maybe 2 total towels and 1 hand towel. But still. We'd look to lodge here again for location convenience and price. With the right expectations, I suspect you will not be disappointed.

Super clean - great price - quiet and cute! My girlfriend and I spent two nights here at the end of March 2019. It was perfect for our adventures in Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. I spoke to the owner on the way out one afternoon, and she gave me some ideas on finding a massage therapist down the road. (I'm sorry I've forgotten the owner's name, but if you find the tiniest, cutest dog ever, you'll have found the owner. :-) Wifi was easy and useful here. TV worked great. Bed was great, and the new furnishings were modern and extra clean. You can tell that some love is being put into these rooms. I believe my girlfriend booked this through Airbnb. Room was clean I booked through an Airbnb site so check-in was super easy really close to Manitou springs if that's where you're trying to go sightseeing there's a million great things to see down there place was quiet you can definitely tell that they're working on doing upgrades like the shower faucets and the mini fridge and just some some things that you can tell have been recently updated it's very nice I most definitely would stay again
